The Members of Integrity ~ An Association for Real Estate Professionals, believe that the interests of the American public and private sectors, including investors and service providers, are best served through observance of ethical standards of practice and do hereby adopt the following Statements of Values applicable to, and required of all Integrity Members. 

I. Members shall conduct business in adherence to ethical principles, which reflect morality, honesty, honor, competence and diligence

II. Members are to provide the same high level of quality services to all clients, regardless of education, level of sophistication, race, color, gender, marital status, religion, age, physical challenge, ancestry, or national origin.

III. Members shall conduct their business in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to confidentiality.

IV. Members shall disclose any current or prospective financial interest they may have in a real estate related transaction.

     
V. Members shall pursue continuing professional education regarding industry principles and practices in order to offer the highest level of knowledge and expertise to consumers and fellow members.

VI. Members must assist in maintaining the integrity and competence of the membership by adhering to real estate related professional standards and practices.

VII. Members should actively strive to contribute knowledge, expertise, and professional referrals to each other to enhance the long-term success of Integrity.

VIII. Members must aid in the prevention of unethical practices of appraisal and real estate related services via forensic review, when warranted, in an effort to improve the quality and reputation of real estate professionals while restoring and maintaining the public trust.
